A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order.
Choose US warehouse for USA address. Free shipping and takes about 3-5 business days to delivery.
Choose CHINA warehouse for other countries. Free shipping via registered post for all orders. We will select the safe and reliable shipping carrier to different countries, free shipping normally takes about 8-12 business days depending on the country. (Faster for Europe, and some Asian countries; slower for the rest of the world).
If you need package urgently, Please contact us to to buy the DHL or UPS service together with all the items you need. Delivery time is about 5-8 business days, may cause custom duties which is buyer's responsibility.
Express Shipping to certain remote areas is more expensive. In such cases, we will contact customer to pay the additional remote fees.
4. We try our best to fulfill and ship out all paid orders within 2 business days. The order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped out on the next business day.
